Modern Description: A steep hill in the fork between the Kalamas and a tributary, reachable from Raveni village just to the north, is defended by a circuit wall ca. 800 m long, containing gateways and towers. N.G.L. Hammond identified it with Phanota, but other topographers assign that name to Doliane. The site has not been excavated, and thick vegetation obscures any building inside the walls. A mid-to-late 4th c. BC date is asserted.
