Modern Description: The Limiko tower commands the view of a wide swath of Boiotia. Made of massive limestone blocks with drafted corners, 4th c. military architecture similar to that at Tsoukrati and Askra, it stands essentially intact, a solid platform based on bedrock in one half, with stepped rooms in the other. A dirt road leads there (6 km) from Mola atop Parnitha, but the road is generally barred. The walk is about 1'20", on the road or a well-kept path below it. Signposted, unfenced (2019)
