Modern Description: Found during construction of a power pylon above Kapsouri hamlet, and excavated in 2018. A well-built 11 x 7 m. absidal building with smaller, poorly preserved structures nearby. Fragments of decorated pithos. Said to be in use from 7t to 3rd c. BCE. (3rd c coin). Hypothetically a sanctuary of Poseidon, and indeed it faces S toward his main sanctuary at Geraistos.
