Modern Description: 1970 exploration, followed by a teaching excavation by Athens University conducted since 2014 on a low hill between two remata, 280 m NW from the coast, near the corner of Machis Marathona and Pithagora streets. Remains date from the Neolithic to Early Christian times, and include an archaic sanctuary. Athens University site, in Greek.
