Modern Description: From Leoforos Megalou Alexandrou, the lanes running W toward Aspropyrgos, where the peripheral freeway crosses overhead, it is possible to descend into the old railroad cutting on foot, cross the tracks, and continue underneath the overpath. The end of the Dema wall is visible on the hillside, and the remains of a large, well-built house of the end of the 5th c. BCE are butted up against it. The house is partly fenced.
