Modern Description: One possible location for the deme center of Moschato is at Pireos 7 in Moschato (point location). Archaic and Classical public buildings have been excavated there. The site, visible from above with explanatory board (2018) is located in the Karenta used car lot on the N side of Pireos st. just E of the Kifissos river/highway. Accessible during normal business hours only.
