Modern Description: The ancient sanctuary of Hebe is thought to be near the 19th c. church of Ag. Nikolaos Pyrgari at the intersection of Ag. Nikolaou and Leoforos Vouliagmenis. The deme site may have been at the entrance to the Pyrgari rema gorge, now site of a military base, where theater-like traces were seen in the 19th century.
