Modern Description: A monumental Early Mycenaean tholos tomb (c. 1500 BC). Although it had been robbed, it contained an unplundered pit in which the two gold cups of unique art, with repoussé scenes of bull-catching, weapons and many sealstones were found. The finds are exhibited in the National Archaeological Museum, Athens.
