Modern Description: The archaeological site is accessible from Neapolis Lasithiou and has two hilltop acropoleis. Located on the col between them is the city's agora, already arranged with a polygonal retaining wall and tiers in the 8th century BC. SW of them is the temple of Apollo Delphinios (8th century BC, restorations with modern masonry). A Hellenistic cistern, a prytaneion and several terraces on which the city's houses were built.
Finds from the sanctuary in the Herakleion and Aghios Nikolaos Ìuseums.
